Mejor Todos (Better Together)

Each family volunteers for 40 hours during the school year. School Dad Abel Castro brought his crew of three painters on Thanksgiving Day to transform our Music/Dance Room walls from clay beige to a beautiful light green.

When I asked Abel if I could take his photo he replied, “Mejor todos” (It’s better with all of us). His words define the spirit of our Saint Cecilia parents.

A group of parents hosted our Fall Fling for 5th-8th graders. Students had a wonderful evening full of games, food and dancing.

Four parents lead our girls’ and boys’ basketball teams. Students enjoy being on the team so much that practices are as much fun as games.

The collective goodwill of our parent community is amazing!

With joy,
Principal Susan Kilbane
