Grace Notes for March 28

Stations of the Cross – Prayers by students

Each 7th and 8th grade student wrote a description of one Station of the cross along with a reflection and a prayer. They also created an artistic expression of the station as well. Their work is
displayed in the courtyard windows by the St. Monica Room.

Station 8: Jesus Meets the Women of Jerusalem
Heavenly Father, help me think more about others. Help me remember that everyone is in need of
compassion. Even when I am preoccupied or suffering, help me find the strength to empathize as
Jesus did with the women of Jerusalem. Amen

Orion, 8th

Station 11: Veronica wipes the face of Jesus
Heavenly Father, we ask for guidance and strength as we strive to mirror Veronica’s compassion
and courage in our own lives. May we be inspired by her selfless acts of kindness and may we be
willing to reach out to others in need. Amen

Bridget, 7th

Station 20: Jesus is Laid in the Tomb
Lord Jesus, thank you for your sacrifice to help us to be safe from sin. Help us to remember your
love for us and you will always be there especially in the times of loss and sadness. Amen.

Calvin, 8th
