Grace Notes for September 7

We Serve the Community

Included in our Schoolwide Learning Expectations is the following:

WE SERVE THE COMMUNITY
1. Identify and respond to the needs of others
2. Appreciate everyone’s diverse personal gifts
3. Engage actively in community service

The culture of our school is one of collaboration and care. Every student,
teacher, staff and parent contribute to fostering a positive environment.

Alumni Roger Ramirez, a recent Eagle Harbor High School graduate, spent two
long days painting every hallway and stairwell prior to the first day of school.

5th grader Kirsten and her 8th grade sister Megan happily counted out books
and delivered them to classrooms. 8th graders Aiden and Nolan moved shelves and organized books.

Sustaining a community in which we live our faith every day takes a village;
students and alumni are integral members of our village.
